Can I bring my child to see you before or after school?

As you can imagine, out-of-school hours are often requested by parents.  Unfortunately, we are only able to offer these premium appointment times to our fee paying patients.

How do I make an appointment?

Usually your initial consultation will be made by us following a referral from your family dentist.
However, we do accept patients who approach us directly – all you need to do is telephone or email us and we can arrange a suitable appointment for you.
Follow-on appointments are usually made at the end of each visit to us.

What if I can’t make a scheduled appointment?

Please let us know as soon as possible if you cannot attend an appointment.  This will give us the chance to offer the time to someone else.

What do I do in an emergency?

If you have an orthodontic emergency, such as your brace breaking, we will offer you an appointment as soon as possible with the first available orthodontist.  If you wish to see your own orthodontist you may have to wait longer.
