Referring patients to Cotswold Orthodontics is very simple.  All you need to do is complete one of our referral forms, and either print it out and return it by post or fax, or send it onto us via email.  We are always grateful to receive relevant radiographs.

We will then contact your patient to make an appointment for consultation.  In the case of consultations that are being carried out under the NHS, this may take a few months.

• Our aim is to ensure that both the referred patient and you the referring dentist are delighted with the quality of our clinical expertise and the level of care and attention that we provide.
• We will only carry out the treatment the patient was referred for.  If any other problems are identified we will discuss them with you.
• After the initial consultation, we will always provide you with a written treatment plan. No treatment will be carried out without an estimate of fees given to the patient.
• We will ensure that a successful referral to Cotswold Orthodontics will enhance your patient’s trust in you as their dentists and they will be grateful to you for referring them to us for specialist treatment.

Self referrals

Usually your initial consultation will be made by us following a referral from your dentist.
However, we do accept patients who approach us directly – all you need to do is telephone or email us and we can arrange a suitable appointment for you.
