Imran graduated from Bristol University in 2006 where he received prizes in periodontology (management of the gums) and prosthetics (replacement of teeth).

Having completed hospital posts at Bristol Dental Hospital and Royal United Hospital Bath in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery during 2007-2009, he was awarded his Fellowship in Dental Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 2009.

In 2010 he began his implant training and was awarded a masters degree with Distinction in Dental Implantology from Bristol University in 2014.

In 2018 he completed an advanced Surgical Master Curriculum in Regenerative Implant Dentistry from the University of Szeged. He routinely utilises these innovative techniques in the provision of implant treatment and bone and soft tissue regeneration procedures.

Imran's dedication to integrating the continual innovations in implant dentistry, coupled with his experience of extreme cases; allows him to manage the most complex of cases in a comfortable and predictable manner. He accepts referrals from outside practitioners for all implant, bone and sinus grafting surgery.

 

What part of the job is most rewarding?

When the patient looks in the mirror and sees their final result. The most rewarding are when patients cry.

What makes you smile?

Firstly 'my three kids' and secondly 'teeth'.

What do you enjoy doing when not at work?

Sport, fitness, family and friends.
