Which part of your job is most rewarding?

Without doubt the confidence which accompanies a 'new' smile.

What makes you smile?

My family and a garden full of weeds. I recognise potential in the garden (and the family!)

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

Spending time with my other half, our children and our wonderful friends.
